Prior to a bath or shower: Massage into problem areas prior to a shower or bath then wash off.

Steam Room: Massage all over before you go in, stay in for a long as you like, then come out and shower off.

Professional at home treatment: Apply the gel to the surface of the skin, then wrap or lay strips of cling film over the surface of the gel on the skin.
Do not apply more than 75% of the skin at any one time, and not near the face or upper neck. If wrapping with cling film do not apply too tight.

As the gel penetrates it induces a rapid cooling affect followed by vaso-constriction within the cell tissue. Metabolism is increased and calorie fats burned. Essential oils create stimulation of stagnent cells thus drainage begins.
Leave on for a minimum of 30 mins, longer up to an hour if you want. Wash off then apply the seaweed body lotion on top to help boost the treatment.
